Error when click Qualify button

HI,

I have created a custom qualify button on Lead and passed all the appropriate parameters. Everything thing worked fine for several days as i tested the button and lead was qualifying.

Now all of a sudden I have started to get this error. I have checked all the fields which have to be populated. I have left no stone unturned. Still no luck making getting rid on this pop up.

Can anyone direct me to the right path how to resolve this.

Hi Gujjar70,

Do you mean you redefined the original button?

The qualify relies on contacts and accounts, and if you don't fill in the required fields the notification will say "Required fields need to be completed",

so I think the problem may be within a pre-populated record, such as a contact or account.

thanks for you input. I have checked each and every field and they are all in there.

Hi Gujjar70,

How did you customize it?

The same error occurs when I do not fill in the required fields.

There may be a customer required field that is not flagged.
