Hi All,

I have to access Facilities/Equipment Entity in Field Service Unified Interface. I configured it in Client Extension => Field Service Site map.

Still i cannot access that entity in that solution. in my field Service Fly out layout.

Thanks..

    Thanks for your reply Johnny.

Is this feature in preview? Can we use the recommended approach for our production application?

    Hi Com,

This feature is confirmed by my colleague with D365 BE Team that:

"These entities(F/E & ) are not UCIfield in OOB customer service and hence these cant be used in UCI. Customer need to get the new Core Service Scheduling package (msdynce_coreservicescheduling) which comes with new scheduling experience on top of URS, along with these entities UCIfield."

So this is not a bug, it is a limitation by design. They cannot be used as fields in UCI.

DEV suggest customer to get the new Core Service Scheduling package (msdynce_coreservicescheduling) which comes with new scheduling experience on top of URS, along with these entities UCI field.

Please route the customer to this doc, which talks about this new experience
