Mobile issue on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hi

When I run mobile client > Yablet (1024 x 768 4:3) . The screen stop on 

4/5 Downloading customizations

Please stay on this screen while we get things ready for you...

After

It will show error

We weren't able to configure your app

Problems with the server configuration prevented the app from loading. Please contact your Dynamics 365 administrator and give them the information available in More Information. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

What might I be missing?

    But if the user we use is a system admin and if still it doesn't work. how do we resolve it.

    Hi Alan,

    This problem could be related to not enough privileges allocated to the user.

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 uses a security privilege, Dynamics 365 for mobile, to provide access to Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets. The privilege is pre-configured for Sales roles, but not other security roles, so you may want to add to other roles for your teams.

    Follow these steps to check and assign the security privilege for a security role to access a Mobile or Table App:

    1. Go to Settings > Security.

    2. Click Security Roles.

    3. Choose a security role > Business Management tab.

    4. In the Privacy Related Privileges section, verify that Dynamics 365 for mobile is set to Organization. If not, click Dynamics 365 for mobile.

    5. Click Save and Close to save the changes to the security role.
