We have been adding in archived order data from our current system into Dynamics, but we are having issues getting the data to roll up to the Parent records. If I attach an Order/Invoice to an Account record that has a Parent Account, I want to be able to see that order when I view the Parent Account, but nothing is showing. Do I need to configure this in a special way to make it work? I have found that the only "outside" entity that rolls up properly is the Activity entity (if I put an Activity on a Child record, it shows on the Parent record list of activities). My guess is there is some kind of option I have not turned on, but I have searched and searched and can not find anything. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or know what might be causing this?
