    Hi Faisal

I'm not sure I understand how Dynamics would get the name of the sender from just the email address. Could you clarify further as to how the system would get this full name?

    thanks

    Matt

    Hi Faisal,

From what you just wrote, there is no way to do that, Dynamics doesn't deal magic :) What works is a little compromise  saying "Dear Customer"

    Thanks

    Hi Faisal

Dynamics can do a lot of things, but magic is not one of them i'm afraid. If this answers your question, can you mark the suggested answer as verified please?

    Thanks

    Hi Faisal,

If the emailing party has the record (lead or contact or account etc) in the system, it is pretty straight forward to get the email. If it is totally unkown customer you may need to have some rules using regex, something like this considering the email are received in certain pattern. Then you can auto-create lead or case or any required records as per the business logic.
