Thank you for sharing this solution. I will try this out and get back on how this works out.
Out of the box, it is not possible to do this. The option you would be looking at the having the X-axis as a team then stack the bar by a person.
There is however the option that might allow you to get somewhere close to what you are looking for by editing the chart XML

The other option which I would suggest is to use PowerBI and ember the chart. This will give you far more control around groupings, and you will be able to achieve the result you are looking want.
