Creating case error - workflow With Id = 8a7eae1b-f89f-41c8-aec4-a8d28d739920 Does Not Exist

After importing our solution from development instance to our QA instance, our workflow that creates case/incident caused an error

workflow With Id = 8a7eae1b-f89f-41c8-aec4-a8d28d739920 Does Not Exist

I also tried to create a manual case, and the error is the same.

Case creation is working in our development instance, but not in our QA instance where we deploy the solution.

Any idea?

    There is no known child workflow or any workflow that caused error when creating a case. I investigate all workflows that trigger oncreate and checked the processes tab.

    Below is the screen recording when an error occurred.

    As you will see in the recorded video, the error is prompted when the document is created, there should be a case to be created in that workflow

    If your workflow triggers but fails with the above error, it is possible your workflow is trying to call a child workflow or an action that is not present in your QA environment.

    If the above suggestion is not the cause of the error, please share more details on your issue and with screen grabs if possible
