How to setup a queue mailbox in Dynamics 365 with another domain ID.

Suppose I have a subscription of @xyz.com for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. I have another subscription of @abc.com for Office 365.

I want to enable the mailbox of @abc.com in Dynamics 365 Instance as a Queue Mailbox.

Will It be possible???

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Razat,

You could try using a shared mailbox to meet your requirements.

Please refer to these two articles to learn about Using Shared Mailbox and Queue in CRM for implementing generic email address in Dynamics 365 and Exchange Online:

    https://nishantrana.me/2017/07/26/using-shared-mailbox-and-queue-in-crm-for-implementing-generic-email-address-in-dynamics-365-and-exchange-online/

    https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/lystavlen/2012/10/29/winning-combination-a-shared-mailbox-in-exchange-online-and-a-queue-in-crm-online/

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

    Hi Lu Hao,

I have already tried, when you will create a shared mailbox it will not allow you to create for @abc.com. I have created a queue in D365 when I'm approving it, It is giving an error 401 unauthorized.

If these are two different subscriptions then you have to use POP3 and create a new incoming email profile.
