Accidentally deleted default event handler of systemuser form

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I accidentially deleted one of event handlers in system user form properties. Don't know which function to set for handling and what dependancies it had. Where can I find this info? Can anyone share default values for system user form properties?

Thanks!

    Hi Mike ,

I checked my trial instance , this is the same I have got . So its confirmed that you deleted your custom one so try to add only custom one .Below is my trial instance screenshot .

    Hope this helps.

Okay, based on the above screenshot. These libraries appears to be related to Field Service Add On. I do not have any instance with Field Service but you can spin up a trial with field service and get the default configuration.

I will see if I can find anything from my side :)

    In English:

    Control: Form

    Event: OnLoad

There were two default events and one my custom. I confused default with my, deleted default, saved and published..

    Hi,

There are not out of box event handlers added to the system user form. If you had it before, it must be either custom or related to some other addon/ managed solution. I have verified this on a trial (Version 1710 (9.0.2.2074) online.

    Hope this helps.

What’s the library added in form properties (files above event handler)? Share the screenshot. Did you save the form & publish afterwards?

    Hello Mike,

Which version of dynamics CRM are you using?

You can even create a trial instance and replicate the same.
