We are wanting to create a web page that collects inputs and sends them to Dynamics. Is it possible to host the web page in Dynamics, or will we need to host on it a separate server?

Thanks for the links. My understanding is that web resources are for displaying things internally within CRM. I may not have been clear enough - the form we are wanting will take inputs from, say, the general public. We are envisioning something that we would send to leads in order to gather more information. Web resources could not be used in this case, correct?
We looked at using Voice of the Customer and Microsoft Forms, but they didn't offer enough customizability for our needs. We are still exploring the option of using a portal, but are also exploring the option of building our own web page to gather this data.

As you are Online, you cannot host pages to online environment. The only options you have is to create HTML Web Resources and some javascript logic to pass data between CRM & HTML.

The question has multiple parts to it:-
1) Are you online or on-premise?
2) is the person who needs to enter data a (logged in) user of the system?
We just have one web page, which will take a bunch of input from the user, and save the data into a table in Dynamics. Where exactly should we host this web page? Do you have any documentation that will direct us in the right direction?
You can host on same server,but need separate website for your custom web pages.
