Hi,
A few days ago I redeemed a demo key for a "Dynamics CRM portal" and assigned it to the wrong demo subscription. To try to be clear, I assigned it to XXX.onmicrosoft.com but I actually needed it into YYY.onmicrosoft.com. Now I'm lost withouth the key since I cannot cancel it on the current subscription to use it on the correct one. I tried contacting support, billing... Nobody has been able to help. I just one to cancel it and get a new a one if possible or just move it from XXX to YYY. I just used it a few days ago and is active until next year (so right now is a complete waste of the unique portal key I had available for customer demos).
Can I get any kind of help?
