What is the process to get a backup of (or export) of all the customizations in an environment?
If you go to settings >customizations>Customize the system > Export Solution it will export this solution with the entire d365 instance schema. everything customized or not except for data. it's called the "default solution".
To separate only introduced customizations could be hard. you either export each of the solutions containing it. Some cases would be too much. Sometimes people uses only one solution.
