Hello,
I have created a workflow in Dynamics 365 for assigning dynamic web roles to a contact. Now I have got the requirement to create the same workflow using MS Flow. I tried but did not find any thing helpful. Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Hi Ishaque,
Unfortunately we couldn't do it in Flow at present.
Because relationship between Contact and WebRole is N:N, there are no direct fields for both two entities to find each other.
Which means actually these two entities are conntected with a middle entity, and they all have 1:N relationship toward it, and this entity is not visible or un-touchable for us.
Acutually that steps Portals > Assign Web Role will run code to make connection, just as similar as we run our own custom plugins, while there is no such function in Flow.
Currently we could just add a custom entity in CRM to view relations clearly in CRM or retrieve/update fields via this middle entity:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Flow-Discussion/Create-many-to-many-relationship-using-Flow/td-p/325163
The middle entity views could be below: (Both contact field and web role filed for this entity are lookup field)

Clofly
As mentioned above. it is not possible. However you can have a workaround by creating the out of box workflows(instead of flows).
Hope this helps.
