Hi,

I have created a trial on Dynamics 365: https://pscourse168.crm6.dynamics.com

But it seems I couldn't find the "settings" and "solutions" to try out the customization.

Could you please help?

Hi Ken,

have you tried to switch the App? They have different navigations.

Hi,

you are probably not a syst Admin in CRM. Go under Settings/Security/Users. Select yourself and click promote to admin. Then you will be Syst Admin of CRM only if your are Global Admin or Service Adim for Dyn 365 in The Office 365 Admin center.
