Unable to do Inventory Ownership change

Hello All,
 
While doing a inventory ownership change for a released product with batch and serial number and owner tracking enabled i am getting the below error
/Quantity 500.00 cannot be received because inventory transactions with status Registered are insufficient/
I have the same question (0)
