When an email is received in a queue, the email record is in Completed Status and is in Read only. Is that a default behavior from D365. If not, how to not let the status of the Email record as Completed when a mail is sent to a queue ?
If your email is sent or received, then it will be in the completed state.
When an email is created in Dynamics 365 but not sent, the status reason will be Draft and the status is not Completed.
