This won't be a correct design, as a customer can have many cases ? how you are going to show case field on account ?, different case can have different values? if you have some validation to have only one case for one account, you can use JS code to retrieve that field value based on the account and case association and show it on the account form using Web API, you can use Rest Builder to build your Web API request. github.com/.../CRMRESTBuilder

I'm sorry that I'm not very clear about your requirement.
If you mean you want both case entity and account entity have this flag field and keep their value the same, you could use field mapping or workflow to achieve this.
