How D365 manage access to email activity ?besides the security role in activity entity, how activity party's access is managed ?

Hello Microsoft Community,


I want to know how dynamics 365 managed access to email activities when i don't have the right to see other people's activity but i'm in CCRecipient, how many configuration can i made for email entity besides the security roles on activity entity?

    Yes, cc also means that you received this email, it's so you can view it.

    Thank you for your response, i'm not looking to configure any security i just want to know how  they are already implemented, let me give you another example, i'm working in europe BU and my coleague is working in Asia BU, we don't have the right to se each other activity because that's how we configured security roles, he received an email and i was in cc recipient, how come i can see this activity in all activity, does the fact that i was in ccrecipient gives me the right to see it in all activity ?

    Maybe you can configure field-level security for cc field of email entity:
