We have a plug in that share and unshare contacts frequently which means that the audit history is full of Share and Unshare lines.
Is it possible to disable audit history for sharing and unsharing a post? If yes, how?

Unfortunately, this is impossible.
We can only enable or disable entity auditing or enable or disable field auditing.
Just do not log sharing and unsharing events, we can't do it.

I do not want to filter it in the log. I don't want to log share and unshare at all. :)

Yes, we can do it.
Here are the steps:
1. Click Advanced Settings.
2. Click Auditing.
3. Click Audit Summary View.
4. Click Enable/Disable Filters.
5. Select all and deselect Share and Unshare.
