Hello All,
I have downloaded Autonumber solution published by Raz on an online instance Version 8.2
I have created a text field inside Account
I filled up all information on AN Configuration Entity form including the schema names (copy and past) for the entity and field
i have doubled checked that the work flow for creating the locker is activated.
It is not working, any idea ?? is it because my tenant is Version 8.2 ??

You could add him as a friend and ask for help.
In addition, Dynamics 365 v9.0 has introduced the OOB auto-number attributes. You don't need to add another solution. You could refer to this user guide.
I recommend that you use Auto Number Manager plugin of XrmToolBox to edit it. This is convenient and fast.

If you are using Dynamics 365 v8.2, the OOB auto-number attributes do not apply. It is only available in v9+.

Make sure the plugin assembly, steps are registered & activated too. Check Any exceptions in Plugin Trace logs.

You should upgrade to v9 very soon & try CRM native OOB solution - community.dynamics.com/.../d365-v9-0-a-feature-a-day-auto-numbering-in-v9-0
I forgot to say that the entity is OUT-OF-THEBOX
and I have tried the same thing on version 9 but still not working
