I have a question about the different Dynamics offerings. I've been tasked with researching a replacement for our custom system. Specifically, it provides everything except GL functions for your company. AR, HR, PO, Inventory Control, Work Orders, Time Clock functions and retail sales. I have experience with Dynamics GP from an administrative perspective, and have seen that product function well.
Given the functions listed above, can you recommend anything specific that Dynamics offers? I have done some research on NAV, and it seems it may offer what we need. Appreciate any info!

I recommend contacting a Microsoft Dynamics partner such as DXC Eclipse. They will be able to analyse your current system and make recommendations.
