Does anyone know of a way we could record a video and store it in Dynamics? We would not want users to save the video on their local machine, then attach it as a file in notes. The idea would be that I could begin a recording of a my screen, and then that recording would be saved as a record or attachment in Dynamics.
I was looking a bit at Task Recordings, but they didn't seem to be built for this sort of job.
Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated.

CloudApp might meet your needs, but it is not a Microsoft product.
Sorry, but I am not sure of any such tool from Microsoft.
Do you know of any MS products that would allow us to record our screens (essentially recording in the background), and then save that recording directly to the cloud in a way that could be accessed from the Dynamics interface?

It is never a good idea to store documents within CRM because it will increase your storage and you will have to pay more for that storage. The recommended option is to integrate your CRM with SharePoint (which is much cheaper then CRM storage) and let your users store the documents on sharepoint from CRM interface.
If you still want to store document in CRM then you need to create a note record against your existing entity record.
