I never worked with the unified interface.
I was wondering if we could change the items displayed in the contextual menu of the activity timeline?
Out users often use the Share option for a task.
OOB I see asisgn and delete, and have the extra options to close, add to queue or edit available.
Is there a way to replace the assign with share?
If not, can we add it to in the item list?
I guess not. Very soon this will be a most wanted feature.
Can you try re-arranging the ribbon/command bar button in activity or task entity ribbon using RWB, (I assume the product is showing first few options) if it worked then fine.
Otherwise initiate a new idea in experience.dynamics.com/.../list
