Address 1 Composite Fields showing different values than in fly-out menu

Posted on by 7,392 User Group Leader

Hi,

We recently went to v9.1 version of D365. I see an issue with Address 1 and 2 composite fields -

1. The composite field when clicked to show individual address fields show correct data.
2. On releasing the menu to show the data in the composite fields, it shows old values but the form asks to save.
3. On saving, the values from the fly-out menu doesn't get saved but the composite field on the form continues to show old values.

This is even strange because when I checked in Advanced Find, the data appears correct for Composite Address 1 field as well as the individual fields.

(No Business Rules, JS, Plugins, Workflows change this - else, it would have changed the actual values and shown in the Advanced Find).

Any thoughts?

I tried with various browsers. Even my clients are facing the same issue and hence I tried.

I'm wondering what could be changing it or where it is fetching the values? Maybe I'll quickly check the Audit Logs, maybe?

    Hi,

i tested in my environment, I cannot reproduce your problem, which browser are you using?

have you tested in private mode? have you tried to clear cache?
