I've seen, that there's a new Dynamics 365 version coming which includes lines in the forms (you can see this for example in this demo video):

When is this Update available (in Europe?) Did this come automatically, or do I have to do anything to get this?

It is available now but just for fresh new instances. For upgrade you will need ot wait a little bit longer

In Addition: Here's for example a blog post with new feature in July (!) Release, but I still have none of this. Is this already available in europe or when is it plannend? It's frustating to see the new feature everywhere but you can't use them.
