Save options missing when adding a record from a subgrid on a page

Hi,

Please can someone help me resolve this issue;

When adding a (custom entity) record from a subgrid the save options on the top ribbon are no longer visable. How can I show this again? The options show fine when adding a record from anywhere else.

We are using CRM 365 20166 on premise

Hi All,

Finally figured out what was happening! I had recently added a new theme, a few weeks before this issue was reported. It was the size of the logo that was having an impact on opening a new subgrid record.

I have decreased the size of the logo and all is back to normal.

Hi Aleia,

Do you have any kind of customization on click of + icon ? If I am not wrong just use OOB button and make parent lookup mandatory , its should work.

It is only for the one entity. Very very strange. No scripts on load for this entity.

As it is happening only with one entity, check if you have any script on load which could be responsible for this.

maybe it is worth to create a support ticket with Microsoft although issue mentioned there is a little different

Hi, Yes it is IE11. Browser Cache cleared, however no change. This issue is affecting all users, if that helps.
