    Hi

You can control the sitemap via permissions but if you want to directly hide/remove any sitemap area or subarea, I would recommend you use the Sitemap Editor plugin on XrmToolBox.

You can download the XrmToolBox from the following link

    [View:https://xrmtoolbox.com:750:50]

And use the Sitemap Editor to hide a sub area as shown below

Load the correct sitemap, most of the time it would be Default

Hide the area or subarea you want and Click Update sitemap

    RE: HIDING SITEMAP AREA

    Hi Dinesh,

There is no direct way to hide the Area.

We can only hide sub-area based on security role.

Each business unit has its own security role, so we can use security roles to differentiate business units.

We can control the permissions on entities through security roles, which can also be used to control permissions on entities on the site map.

We can do this using the Sitemap Designer. Please refer to this article which has detailed steps:

    • If you are not familiar with the Site Map Designer, you could refer to this article:

If my answer is helpful, please mark it as verified. This will help other users with the same theme.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
