Data Events not working for Data Entities created using views in D365 F&O

Does data events don't work for the data entities that are created through views?
For eg:
DataEntity1
      View1
          Table1
           Table2
 
In that case, any change in Table 1 or table2 won't trigger the data event?

    No, it's not supported.
    Dynamics cannot determine which entity business event to trigger because it can't identify one based on the entity's data sources, as it's a view in this case.
