Hi,
If you write click on the image and click on inspect the element, you should see the image html element with the src attribute being the url of the image. If you copy and paste that url in the browser you should see the image. Now this means that whatever is hosting that image should make it view-able by anyone (public). I tested this by copying images from the web and they worked fine. How are you getting the image into the email?
