Sending Email activity is not working

Hi,

I have created an email activity to send unresolved email , but it's not working , the email that i'm sending to is not receiving any thing . I enabled "Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent" in system settings . Here is how i created the activity :

    Hi,

    Does your user (from the 'From' field) have an email set?

    If not, try setting an email for user 'khaled rimawi' by opening the user form and inputting the value in the 'Primary Email' field.

    Hi,

    I think it's a stupid question but did you approve sender's mailbox?

    You should approve sender (FROM field)'s (systemuser or queue) mailboxes or set "Process emails only for approved users" and "Process emails only for approved queues" to false under "Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email"
