When you purchase on premise package of Microsoft Dynamics 365, do you need two separate sever licenses, ONE FOR CRM AND ONE FOR OPERATIONS or one server license can host both the CRM and the D365 for Operations? On line Plan 2 subscription gives you access to both applications, CRM and D365 for Operations.

Secondly, if you purchase a device license and you have a team leader who requires team member access rights and a production supervisor who requires an activity user access rights both sharing the same device. How are the access rights set up on that the device, or are they attached to the log in details being used to access the system at that point and time?
