Hi to all,

I want to export customer's attachments (with "Customer V2 attachments" entity). With all file types it works fine, but with word type attachment I get the following error: "Index was outside the bounds of the array".

Any ideas?

Hi Martina,

Is your issue reproducible on any environment with any Word document? What exact version of Dynamics 365 F&O are you using?

Hi,

I tried to execute the same and i was able to successfully export with word attachment. I have executed in version 38. Kindly verify which version your in and check for any customization.

Hi,

Can you tell more about the Word document? Is it failing on all Word documents or just a specific one? What file type did you use for the export?
I just tried it on a 10.0.39 environment and Excel as file type without issues.
