Error while Upgrading the ClickDimensions Solution

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade our ClickDimensions Solution from Ver 8.12 tp 8.13 and getting an error:

An error has occurred. {1}{0}

It won't even let us import the original file (8.12) that we had. Gives the same error for that too.

Checked with ClickDimensions and they asked to check with MS since some of their other customers had the same issue.

Does anyone know the root cause of this error and Is there any resolution for this ?
