Hi, is there a way to indicate in the Case list view, if there is an update to the timeline? So, I can see which records have new notes or emails without going into the record?

Thanks,
Matt

    Show Timeline Updates in List
    Hello Matt,

There is no OOB way to see the update from Timeline on Case view.

    Possible Options
    1. Adding Rollup Field on Case and pulling the max modified on value from associated activities.
    2. Adding the Timeline update field on Case and update the field on different events of associated activity (as required) using workflow.
