Can d365 CRM work for a sales structure of a distribution company

Hi,

I would like to know if d365 can be customized for a distribution company wherein account/contact can be owned by multiple owners but these owners of a account/contact won't be able to see the posts, activities, opportunities being recorded by the other owners of the account/contact?

Hope anyone can help me on this.  Thanks
