Hi,
I am getting a script error when I try to open any contact record in UCI app. When I click OK, it goes back to the previous screen. I tried with different forms without any custom javascript on. No luck. Removed the app, created again, still no luck. Any ideas?
Environement : v9 on prem
Client : UCI
So, I created a fresh organization, created a UCI app with contact entity in it. It was working fine. But, when I select only the information form on app designer, publish the app, go to the app, open contact record, it gave me the option to select other forms as well. I think that is a mess up on Microsoft. So basically on my faulted app, I wouldn't know which form it was trying to open and failing.
At the end, I couldn't find what exactly caused the issue, but I removed all unmanaged forms from my environement, put all managed forms in a solution from fresh organization and imported that solution into my faulted organization. Everything works fine now.
they are not custom javascripts. there is no javascript added on the form.
Tried IE and Edge. onprem UCI Apps are currently not working on Chrome. Tried a form with 1 field as well. There is nothing in the logs server side. Error is thrown in built in scripts, so I don't know what is wrong.
