Event based deferral schedule end date automatically created

Scenario: The company has subscription billing schedules that need to have deferred revenue recognized unevenly over the course of a year. We are attempting to use event-based templates with different percentage for each month. The customers, billing schedules can have thousands of lines that are deferred. Each line uses the same template and needs the same deferral end dates for each deferral schedule and lines.

When using the event-based templates, we can create deferral schedule lines that have expiration dates or no expiration dates, but the deferral end dates are blank. Because the deferral end dates are blank, the lines are not picked up in the recognition process. It appears we must manually update the Deferral end date for each schedule line. Is there a way generate a deferral schedule using event-based templates and have the deferral end dates automatically populate?

for Event ased scheule, you have to add deferral end in this case for event based template.

Thank you Ramit. Do you mean I need to manually add the end dates to the deferral schedule lines that were created with the event based template?
