Change Default From Address

I'm new to all Power Apps.

I'm trying to modify our sandbox enviroment which will eventually go live. 

What I need to achieve is:

1: When replying e-mails from Timeline of a case the default sender mail address is the user's mail address. I need to change this to something else.
2: When replying e-mails from Timeline of a case, if change the sender, it's not added to the record of the same case so it doesn't appear in the timeline. It needs to appear there.

How can these be done?

    1.Change Default From Address
    Whenever user open an email in Dynamics it will default to current user's email address.
    If you want to change it automatically, you should use javascript to customize it.
    Please refer to these, which provide example code:
    2.Replied email in case timeline
    --Make sure that the 'Regarding' should be populated with this case.
    --Then the email will appear in this case timeline:
