Is it Possible to Set Worked By in Queue Item to Read Only?

Hello,

One our our reps accidentally clicked on select all when picking items to work on for the day. This resulted in items that had been picked by others being updated to show his name in the Worked By field. To avoid this in the future is it possible to set the field to read only once someone has already picked an item?

I tried to add a business rule to the field but that option is not selectable. Or is there a setting to update?

Hi..

I think it is possible.. but you need to write plugin on "QueueItem" entity, and message - "PickFromQueue", pre-operation.

When item is already is picked, you can throw error from plugin, so that item will not be picked accidentally.
