Sending an email with a link to a record only points at the old interface - possible to change?

Hi!

We have a workflow which sends out an email to the new owner when a opportunity gets assigned. This contains a link to the records. We are currectly switching to the new interface (using the sales hub), but discovered that the link points to the old interface. Does anyone know if it is possible to change this so the links will guide the user to the new interface instead?
