I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem that has me stumped.
I have an issue where I can't view the body of an email in Unified Interface. I can see the body of the email in Classic Mode, and I can see the body in the Timeline in Unified interface. However, if I open the email record in Unified Interface, the email body is blank.
- It only occurs when I have created an email using a workflow.
- It happens even when the template only has plain text (no fields inserted).
- If I create an email directly from the record using a template, it doesn't happen - I can see the email body.
- I am using On Premises, V 9.0 (Version 1612)
I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions. I am out of ideas ...
