The name label on forms is not wrapping or auto-growing in the new UCI. Is anyone aware of this being a known issue?
Ok, first of all it’s not called as field label. “First name”, “Last name”, “Salutation” text in the form body is called field labels.
All entity will have a default field called “Name” to keep display text. In contact the full name is used for display purpose & it’s a concatenation of firstname & lastname.
Now the problem you are talking about is showing the header text. It can show only few fixed length of characters as the space is shared with other header fields in the top right. This is by design. It may be different from regular web form. As this UCI form is single form for all platforms like mobile, tablet, web this may be different. That’s why it’s showing ... to show more characters are there & tooltip can show entire text.
Only product team can increase that length. You can create an idea & will get support from the community for the same.

What do you mean by this?
"you should provide space to wrap the text and text will auto wrap if there is no space"
And this? You can't view the name, the surname has been truncated to 'Abcd...'
"I can see there is sufficient space to view the name"
