    Hi,

Yopu first need to create entity form, add that entity form to web page. You then need to add it to primary navigation. The web page appears as under dropdown if you add in under some other page i.e. Application (main link) and then under it, you add pages for Inprogress Applications, Resolved Application etc.

You can refer this link: nishantrana.me/.../edit-primary-navigation-in-portal-in-dynamics-365

Regarding your query for "Mobile App for Portals", There is no app for Dynamics 365 Portals yet; However do note that Portals are Mobile platform responsive so they render preet good in mobile browsers as well.

    Hope this helps.
