Hi Marjorie,
Good to know that the workaround worked for you.
Thanks Priyesh, we've created a new field to contain the Stage Category and a workflow to copy the Active Stage value.
The workflow was triggered on demand (to update existing records), when Process is applied and Process changes (Active Stage).
Hi Marjorie, Not sure on that since it is a Microsoft issue. I did open a support ticket too but no one has got back to me on it yet.
If my answer helped you, can you please mark it as verified?
Thanks.
Also, any thoughts why the Stage Category turns blank?
Done updating. Now upon checking your suggestion, it was suggesting to create a new field to capture the current stage name. Is there a way to update the ootb Stage Category? So I'll not create a new one.
Hi Marjorie, Can you try to change the name of the intended one and see if it appears?
It can be confusing.
Hi Priyesh, I'm trying your suggestion, however, from the list of the entities, I can't see my BPF, I only see the BPF that is deactivated with same name as the one that I need. Any thoughts?
This is an issue with the upgrade. Even me and several other clients are facing the same. However, I have a workaround for this.
