Hi all,

I was looking for ideas on how to build a 360 degree view of the customer, and thats when I happened to come across something called Customer Insights and it looked interesting. But I cant find a lot of information about it. Is it still available for use? Where can I start?

But if not Customer Insights, what would you guys recommend if I need to build a 360 degree view of the client? I know I can simply create one using OOTB form design but concern is that it will bring in too much of scrolling, and besides that the amount of white space (even in 365) is a big deterrent for users. Any advice?

You can also sign up for updates, but yes, it's on the roadmap.

Yes this I saw but I am surprised something this good will be discontinued, for sure there must be something in roadmap?
