Quick Create Form Body Missing Issue

Hi,

I have been encountered issue in quick create form. Scenario as per below -:

1. Create record via quick create form and save to create record.

2. After save, click on the same quick create form again to create record.

Issue : Quick create form body is missing, this is occurred over all quick create form in Google Chrome Browser (latest update version)

Anyone encounter this issue before ?

Yes, support ticket has been raised and they will fix it on coming patches.

I get the same issue in Chrome Dynamics 365 online v 9.0.1.733.

Chrome is a "supported" web browser, so yes, Microsoft should get around to fixing this (once they're made aware of it).

Yes, i tried Internet Explorer before also no issue.

So my question is does MS support this kind of issue ?

I'm seeing this issue in Dynamics 365 CE Online Version 9 (9.0.1.733) when using Chrome. Firefox works fine for me.
