Error in importing data with partylist field

Posted on by 5

I'm having an issue in importing .xml, .csv, .xlsx in Dynamics 365 Online 2021.

The templates have a Partylist field, where I want to put the Required Attendees of an Appointment, and whenever I put more than one attendees, the importing process fails with the error "The lookup reference could not be resolved."

I have tried to separate the names by ; and by ,

But nothing seems to work

Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance

    Hi,

Take a look to this, here seems that issue was solved:

I haven't found a definitive answer in a Microsoft document, but this thread on the forum indicates it's a limitation of the import feature: community.dynamics.com/.../701573
