I know I'm behind the times, but is there:

  1. An easy way to go from FRx to Management Reporter?
  2. A step by step document for setting up Management Reporter?

    There is a guide that will be installed when you install the migration tool.

    Is here a step by step doc on how to set it up?

    Does it have to be set up on a server? server and client?

    You'll need to download the 2.12.16009 build of MR.  That was the last build that included the FRx Migration wizard.  You can download that build here:
