Hello all!
One of my customers still have the Dynamics CRM 2016 licensing model (because they bought all the licenses for 2 years). Now, they have a requirement to use Portal Add-on.
They have the following licensing schema:

CRM Online Basic | 90 |
The Portal Add-on doesn't appear in the Dynamics 365 Admin Panel neither in the Subscription Center (for buying).
They created a support case and Microsoft said they have to migrate their licenses to the new Dynamics 365 licensing model, but they don't want to migrate all the licenses because still valids for the next two years.
What do you think is the best approach to resolve this?
