    Hi Partner,
1.Has the Sales Insights MDL Config solution been removed? You need remove it too.
!!!Before uninstalling you should be made aware that if he uninstalls, Salesinsights functionality (Lead scoring, Relationship Analytics, Opportunity scoring, ADC v2 etc.)  will stop working or start giving deteriorating results.
2.Check EntityAnalyticsConfig table if uninstall solution cleanup did not happen:
When customers enable any Analytics or Insights feature within Dynamics 365, those features install a managed solution which creates one or more records in a Dataverse entity called EntityAnalyticsConfig  that specifies the list of entities that need to be exported to a Dataverse managed azure data lake storage to allow those features to compute and generate the Analytics or Insights.
--set adlsenabled to false within the solution for the entities that customer wants to clean up. Here based on the screenshot you provided, we believe the entities should be email and activityparty.

3.I would suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.
Get Help + Support - Dynamics | Microsoft Docs
I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
